Integration, as the consequence of OSS and BSS centralization, is becoming nowadays an indispensable element   in implementation of numerous IT projects. Asinit offers its customers the following services:

  • Design and implementation of IT Service Management systems
  • Comparative analysis and testing systems compliance
  • Consolidation and integration of distributed systems
  • Design and implementation of reconciliation systems and data consolidation
  • Design of Integrated systems models – their analysis and visualization
  • Realization of pre-implementation predictive analyses and post-implementation analyses
  • On-site trainings and e-learning for end-users
  • Organization and operation of a support center

System Integration is understood as the construction and implementation of interfaces based on a detailed analysis of communication processes between the systems under the process of integration. Many companies and organizations are developing with a great intensity by providing new services and increasingly professional support for them. The result of such a process is the emergence of new locations and often the need for the implementation of new BSS\OSS systems. If the implementation of a new system is planned only for a particular department or location and the transfer process is easy to describe, the final result is usually achieved without any major obstacles. Unfortunately, along with the increase in complexity, such a venture becomes extremely demanding and may significantly increase implementation costs. This can be avoided by the professional analysis of customer and end-users goals and expectations. It is good practice to run the analysis of a target solution model and meet a customer and representatives of end-users.

Owing to extensive experience in developing IT solutions as well as managing integration projects Asinit has developed several approaches to the management of software implementation and IT systems integration. The main assumptions which constitute the base for the project management process rely on Prince2 methodology taking full account of ITIL library. We also put strong emphasis on the appropriate training of users, providing them with the training kit designed individually for each implementation.
